Things you should know when making a purchase
- TOTALWINEPACK is a registered trademark belonging to the company NEXUS GLOBAL DESIGN, S.L. with tax code B66959669. (Hereinafter we shall refer to NEXUS GLOBAL DESIGN, S.L. as TOTALWINEPACK)
- Any order made to TOTALWINEPACK requires unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the TOTALWINEPACK General Terms and Conditions of Sale as are valid on the day on which said order is made.
- TOTALWINEPACK products that are in stock can be supplied on the Spanish mainland within 48 or 72 hours as of completion of the sale. However, if for reasons beyond our control there were to be any delay, TOTALWINEPACK will inform the Customer of said delay and the Customer shall not be entitled to compensation. In the case of deliveries to the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands, the Customer will be told the approximate delivery period. These conditions do not apply to special and/or customised orders.
- TOTALWINEPACK are exempt from their obligations regarding the delivery of their products in the case of force majeure such as: transport strikes, strikes, delays and/or breakdowns in production processes, IT system and telecommunications failure, etc. And, in general, any event beyond the control and will of TOTALWINEPACK that prevents them from fulfilling any or all of their obligations towards the Customer. A situation of force majeure does not grant the Customer any right to any kind of compensation and/or damages.
- The sale prices shown on the website www.totalsafepack.com exclude VAT, meaning that the amount corresponding to said tax will be added to the sales invoice.
- The minimum purchase order is 10 units. Orders must be placed for multiples of 10 boxes. In the event of any queries or to place orders for large amounts, customers can contact TOTALWINEPACK by sending an email to customer@totalsafepack.com or by calling the Customer Service department on (+34) 932 237 089.
- The maximum period for returning products bought from TOTALWINEPACK is 20 days from receipt of the products at the delivery address indicated by the customer. Returns shall only be accepted by TOTALWINEPACK if the goods are in perfect condition, in their original packaging (where applicable), with all of their accessories, and unused, together with the delivery note or purchase invoice. Customers are to previously contact TOTALWINEPACK by telephone or email to inform them of their decision to return the purchased products. Goods must be returned carriage paid by the customer to the installations of TOTALWINEPACK, unless the return is due to an error on the part of TOTALWINEPACK. Once the goods returned to TOTALWINEPACK have been received, the company will contact the Customer to confirm whether or not the goods received are in perfect condition. In the event that the goods are in good condition and meet all of the requirements for TOTALWINEPACK to accept their return, the Customer may decide whether they wish to receive a refund for the amount paid or if they wish to order another product from TOTALWINEPACK.
- Under no circumstances will TOTALWINEPACK be liable for any damage of any kind that may arise from incorrect use of their products once they have been delivered to the Customer.
- In the case of companies and organisations, payment of the first order will be made in advance by bank transfer. From the second order onwards, payment may be made on the 5th day of the following month by direct debit, promissory note, bank transfer or cheque, following a credit check on the Customer.
- If the products supplied are not paid for on the due date, TOTALWINEPACK will request immediate payment.
- TOTALWINEPACK reserves the right to cancel any order that is being processed.
- TOTALWINEPACK may demand that the Customer pay any expenses incurred as a result of delayed payment. In the event that TOTALWINEPACK should initiate legal proceedings, the Customer shall assume the costs thereof.
- In the case of self-employed or individual customers, payment will always be in advance and via bank transfer to the account indicated by TOTALWINEPACK.
- The goods supplied will remain property of TOTALWINEPACK until full payment is received. In the event of any discrepancies regarding supply or payment, the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction and any other jurisdiction shall be renounced.
- Delivery is free of charge on the Spanish mainland. For deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the TOTALWINEPACK Customer Service department will contact the Customer and inform them of the cost of delivery of the products purchased.
- In the case of special and/or customised orders, the amount may vary by +/-10%. Special and/or customised orders must be sent by email to customer@totalsafepack.com
